How to be lonely in a world of seven billion people

We are becoming a society that depends on technology for conversation without relationships.
We are making friends without friendships.
We are playing games without people interaction.
We are in groups without relationships.
The biggest problem is the affect this is having on the children of today.
They don't know how to play.
They don't know how to have relationships.
They don't know how to interact and communicate.
We are becoming a mass of people in a world of SEVEN BILLION and too many suffer from loneliness, no friends, no relationships.
We must learn to create and keep relationships.
We must reach out and learn to become vulnerable.
We must learn to reach and need each other.
We must learn to interact and be with humans, not things.
We must learn to do this because it is now affecting our children in a way that is not mentally, emotionally, or physically healthy.

Look Up is a spoken word for the “online” generation. Written, performed and directed by Gary Turk, it is an extremely important life lesson for our youth.  Children are growing up in a world where they don’t play outside or communicate with their friends. It seems today everything is done via text message or over the internet.
